Engineering work for the week beginning 3rd November 2025:

Cairn Hill, Co. Longford: all Saorview services will be off the air on Wednesday 5th November between 12.05am and 6am.
Kippure, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services will be liable to interruption from Tuesday 4th November until Friday 7th November between 10am and 4pm.
Mullaghanish, Co. Cork: RTÉ Lyric FM will be off the air for periods of up to an hour on Tuesday 4th November between 11am and 6pm.
Mullaghanish, Co. Cork: all RTÉ FM Radio services will be on reduced power on Tuesday 4th November between 10.30am and 4pm.
Three Rock, Co. Dublin: all Saorview services will be off the air on Tuesday 4th November between 12.05am and 6am.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to one hour on Thursday 6th November between 10.30am and 4pm.

Engineering work for the week beginning 10th November 2025:

Castletownbere, Co. Cork: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to 4 hours on Wednesday 12th November and Thursday 13th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Dungarvan, Co. Waterford: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to 90 minutes on Wednesday 12th November and Thursday 13th November between 10.30am and 4.30pm.
Mullaghanish, Co. Cork: all FM radio services will be off the air for short periods and subject to reduced power on Thursday 13th November and Friday 14th November between 10.30am and 4pm.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all FM radio services will be off the air for up to 4 hours on Monday 10th November between 11.30am and 5.30pm.

Technical issues affecting Saorview transmitting stations this week:

Clonmany, Co. Donegal: all Saorview services affected by an ESB power outage since Thursday. Power supply reported restored by Friday morning.

Weather-related technical issues affecting Saorview transmitting stations this week:

Forth Mountain, Co. Wexford: all Saorview services affected by an ESB power outage on Friday. Power supply confirmed restored at 11pm.
Greystones, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services affected by an ESB power outage on Friday. Power supply confirmed restored at 9.20pm.
Wicklow, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services affected by an ESB power outage on Friday. Power supply confirmed restored at 9.45pm.

Engineering work for the week beginning 17th November 2025:

Castlebar, Co. Mayo: all Saorview services will be off the air for up to 30 minutes on Wednesday 19th November between 10am and 4pm.
Drogheda, Co. Louth: all services on Saorview Mux 1 will be off the air for up to 1 hour on Thursday 20th November between 10am and 3pm.
Greenore, Co. Louth: all services on Saorview Mux 1 will be off the air for up to 1 hour on Wednesday 19th November between 11am and 3pm.
Kilkeaveragh, Co. Kerry: all FM radio services will be off the air for up to 3 hours on Monday 17th November between 10am and 4.30pm
Kippure, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services will be off the air for short periods on Tuesday 18th November between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all Saorview services will be off the air for up to 7 hours on either Tuesday 18th November or Wednesday 19th November between 10am and 5pm.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all FM radio services will be off the air for two periods of 1 hour on either Tuesday 18th November or Wednesday 19th November between 10am and 5pm.

Castletownbere, Co. Cork: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to 2 hours on Thursday 27th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Clifden, Co. Galway: all Saorview and RTÉ FM radio services will be liable to interruption on Wednesday 26th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Kippure, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services will be liable to interruption on Wednesday 26th November between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Kippure, Co. Wicklow: all RTÉ FM radio services will be liable to interruption on Wednesday 26th November and Thursday 27th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Knockmoyle, Co. Kerry: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to 2 hours on Tuesday 25th November and Wednesday 26th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Laragh, Co. Wicklow: all Saorview services will be off the air on Friday 28th November from 9am until 5pm. This is due to essential work by the ESB.
Mullaghanish, Co. Cork: RTÉ 2FM will be liable to interruption on Tuesday 25th November and Wednesday 26th November between 9.30am and 4.30pm.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all FM radio services will be liable to interruption on Tuesday 25th November between 10am and 4.30pm.
Woodcock Hill, Co. Clare: all Saorview services will be off the air for periods of up to 4 hours on Tuesday 25th November between 10am and 4.30pm.

Technical issues affecting Saorview transmitting stations this week:

Magheroaty, Co. Donegal: all Saorview services were affected by a fault on Friday 28th November. The fault was reported by 2RN at lunchtime on Friday. The fault was removed from the active fault list by Saturday morning.
